Work-from-home for this position will be considered. Approval acknowledgment for work-from home
through written communication only; revokable through written communication at any time.
CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Contractor staff assigned to this agreement must possess the following minimum qualifications and
experience:
5.1. A minimum of ten years developing and modifying SQL/PL-SQL scripts for creating, maintaining,
augmenting, and reporting on data in an Oracle Database RDBMS.
5.2. A minimum of ten years in maintaining and tuning a RDBMS in relation to customer-based objects
stored in the RDBMS.
5.3. A minimum of ten years with gathering report requirements from customers, translating them into
code, analyzing the results for integrity and validity, and publishing the report to an application
platform.

5.4. A minimum of five years with creating objects (e.g., reports, dashboards) in business intelligence and
reporting applications such as Qlik, PowerBI, Tableau, Splunk.
5.5. A minimum of two years with non-traditional No-SQL, Object-Oriented, Key-Value, In-Memory
databases.
5.6. A minimum of two years with utilizing Cloud-Hosted database service platforms.
5.7. Experience in RDBMS conversion between platforms.
6. CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
6.1. SERVICE TASKS: Contractor will perform the following tasks in the time and manner specified:
6.1.1. Conduct daily development and technical support for the ongoing operation of the WIC data
system and the interfaces with the EBT system, Florida ACCESS, IBM Watson, and other
supported system applications as directed by the Department.
6.1.2. Troubleshoot work requests and provide solutions to daily processing and development issues as
directed by the Department.
6.1.3. Maintain and submit documentation as directed by the Department of system performance of
the WIC Data System database including all interfaces and any system maintenance and
adjustments undertaken including work requests to correct process errors.
6.1.4. Identify and recommend operational efficiencies to improve system performance and processes.
Conduct new software or hardware evaluations. Investigate and recommend new technologies
that will improve or support current and identified business processes as directed by the
Department.
6.1.5. Analyze and document technical requirements for infrastructure system fixes, modifications and
enhancements as directed by the Department.
6.1.6. Produce a work plan to implement infrastructure requirements for database system platform
fixes, modifications and enhancements as directed by the Department.
6.1.7. Maintain and submit documentation of analyses of system performance, software and hardware
evaluations, new technologies, business and technical requirements and work estimates as
directed by the Department.
6.1.8. Create scripts for system fixes, modifications, enhancements, interfaces and integration
processes that adheres to all applicable coding procedures, standards and techniques as directed
by the Department.
6.1.9. Conduct testing of scripts for system fixes, modifications and enhancements including support of
customer User Acceptance Testing. Document test results as directed by the Department.
6.1.10. Produce system documentations for system fixes, modifications and enhancements as directed
by the Department.
6.1.11. DATA SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY TASK:
The Contractor, its employees, subcontractors, and agents must comply at all times with all
Department data security procedures and policies in the performance of this scope of work as
specified in the Data Security and Confidentiality document attached to the purchase order.
CONTRACTOR TRAVEL REIMBURSEMENT:
The Contractor will not be reimbursed for any travel expenses under this agreement.
