Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy cloud-based applications, APIs, and microservices using modern programming languages and AWS cloud services.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and support production deployments and operational stability.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to gather requirements, deliver technical solutions, and participate in Agile software development activities.
- Monitor application performance, optimize cloud resources, maintain technical documentation, and recommend improvements to application architecture, reliability, and scalability.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
6–9 years of experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise cloud applications using AWS, object-oriented programming, API development, microservices, and DevOps methodologies.
|

Technical Skills
|
Amazon Web Services (AWS), Python, Java, REST APIs, GraphQL, Microservices, DevOps, CI/CD
|
|
Business / Domain Skills
|
Cloud Application Development, Enterprise Application Integration, Agile Software Development, Application Support, Incident Management, System Monitoring

|
Communication
|
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Documentation
|
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Work Authorization
|
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with serverless computing, cloud infrastructure automation, and performance monitoring tools.
- Experience with source control, CI/CD platforms, and IT service management processes.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
