- Expertise in Outbound Fulfillment, Waves, RF Picking & Packing

- Experience with Serialization, Parcel/LTL & High-Volume Distribution

- Hands-on experience with Customized Outbound RF Processes

- Experience with XPS, SCT & CSO Interfaces

- Strong skills in Functional Specifications, Test Case Design & Defect Triage

- Experience supporting UT, IT1/IT2, Defect Retesting & Sign-off

- Strong client-facing communication and test-case workshop experience
