Overview
TalentFish is casting a line for a Senior Business Analyst (Salesforce CPQ). This is a contract role based in Vancouver, WA.
The Senior Business Analyst will support and optimize Salesforce CRM and Oracle CPQ platforms, ensuring strong data integrity, compliant processes, and efficient Quote-to-Order (Q2O) workflows across global deployments. This role will also support audits, reporting, and system enhancements to enable scalable Lead-to-Order (L2O) processes.
What You Bring to the Role (Ideal Experience)
- 5+ years of experience working in Salesforce and CPQ environments
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (required).
- Strong experience with Salesforce CRM administration, including data management, reporting, and security models.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle CPQ configuration and quote-to-order processes.
- Familiarity with Lead-to-Order (L2O) processes and global deployments.
- Experience supporting data migration efforts.
- Exposure to integration tools and reporting tools.
- Experience supporting audit and compliance checks.
- Recommended certifications: Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist.
What You'll Do (Skills Used in this Position)
- Administer and support Salesforce CRM, including user access, security model, reporting, and data management.
- Configure and support Oracle CPQ and quote-to-order workflows.
- Support Lead-to-Order (L2O) business processes across global deployments.
- Assist with data migration activities and system integrations.
- Perform audit and compliance checks to ensure data accuracy and regulatory adherence.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system enhancements.
- Support reporting and analytics needs across Salesforce and CPQ platforms.
Compensation and Employment
This role requires authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship. The expected hourly rate for this position is $40- $50 per hour W2, depending on experience and qualifications. This role also qualifies for comprehensive benefits such as health insurance and paid time off. TalentFish is committed to pay transparency and equal opportunity.
