Overview

We are hiring experienced SAP professionals across multiple domains to support a large-scale Aerospace & Defense program. These roles span technical development, functional leadership, and end-to-end supply chain execution within SAP S/4HANA and related ecosystems.

Open Positions

·         SAP PI/PO & ABAP Developer

·         SAP Plan-to-Produce Value Stream Lead

·         SAP BTP Cloud Developer

·         SAP PCS Lead (Production Control & Scheduling)

·         SAP PMMO Consultant

·         SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP) Expert – DTP

·         SAP APO SNP Consultant (Onsite – Bay Area, CA)

Key Responsibilities

Integration & Technical Development

·         Design and develop integrations using SAP PI/PO, ABAP, IDOCs, Proxies, and APIs

·         Build and optimize SAP HANA models, CDS views, and SQL scripts using SAP HANA Cloud

·         Develop and maintain REST/OData services and cloud-native apps on SAP Business Technology Platform

·         Work on end-to-end SAP and non-SAP system integrations

Manufacturing & Supply Chain (Plan-to-Produce)

Lead and implement SAP Plan-to-Produce processes including:

·         Materials Management (MM)

·         Production Planning (PP)

·         Quality Management (QM)

·         Demand & Supply Planning

Configure and support:

·         BoMs, Routings, Work Centers, Production Orders

·         MRP/MPS strategies, scheduling, and costing

·         Support Discrete & Process Manufacturing (DTP) scenarios

·         Optimize KPIs like throughput, capacity, and yield

·         Project Manufacturing & Logistics

·         Implement Project Manufacturing using SAP PMMO

·         Work with MTO, MTS, subcontracting, capacity planning, and logistics integration

·         Integrate with PLM, MES, and external systems

Advanced Planning & Optimization

·         Design and implement supply chain planning solutions using SAP APO (SNP, Deployment, Optimizer)

·         Exposure to modern tools like SAP IBP is a plus

·         Support demand planning, S&OP, and response planning

 Cloud, Data & Migration

·         Support migration from SAP ECC to S/4HANA (Greenfield/Brownfield)

·         Implement data provisioning (SLT, SDI, SDA)

·         Optimize performance and scalability of SAP HANA solutions

Leadership & Delivery (Senior Roles)

·         Own end-to-end delivery of Plan-to-Produce value stream

·         Manage cross-functional teams, system integrators, and stakeholders

·         Drive governance, risk (RAID), and executive reporting

·         Lead workshops, design sessions, and decision-making processes

Required Skills & Experience

Core Skills

·         7–15+ years of SAP experience (role-dependent)

·         Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA and legacy SAP ECC

·         Deep knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain processes

Technical Skills

·         ABAP (OO ABAP, Enhancements – BADI/User Exits)

·         PI/PO integration (7.4/7.5) with adapters (SFTP, REST, SOAP, JDBC, JMS)

·         SAP HANA (CDS Views, SQL Script, performance tuning)

·         APIs, OData, Fiori/UI5 (nice to have)

Functional Expertise

·         PP, MM, QM, TM, GTS, Demand Planning

·         MRP strategies, BoMs, Routings, Production lifecycle

·         Project Systems, PMMO, logistics & costing

Planning Tools

·         SAP APO SNP, Deployment, Optimizer

·         Exposure to SAP IBP modules

Work Environment

·         Remote (USA) for most roles; APO role requires onsite in Bay Area, CA

 Work Authorization: (APO also allows TN/E3)

Industry: Aerospace & Defense (preferred experience)
