Overview:
Join a high-impact Cloud Network Services team responsible for delivering reliable, high-performance application traffic across a global cloud infrastructure. This role supports network operations in hybrid and multi-cloud environments, focusing on scalability, automation, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Support operation and maintenance of global cloud network infrastructure (routing, switching, VPNs, ADCs)
Assist with network operations across hybrid and multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, including critical incidents
Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation (including weekends)
Perform routine maintenance (patching, upgrades, version control)
Monitor network performance (latency, capacity, availability) and escalate issues proactively
Use automation tools (Ansible, GitLab) to manage infrastructure at scale
Collaborate with SRE and engineering teams to improve reliability and processes
Support change management and production release activities
Document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps
Assist with automation initiatives to reduce manual operational tasks

Required Qualifications:

8 years of experience in network operations, infrastructure, or related field
Experience with load balancers (F5, NGINX), routing/switching (Cisco, Juniper), or security devices (Palo Alto, Radware)
Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, BGP, DNS, VPNs, TLS/mTLS)
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
Experience working in Linux environments
Familiarity with scripting/automation tools (Ansible, Python, Bash)
Knowledge of monitoring/observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk)
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Exposure to Infrastructure-as-Code and CI/CD tools (Terraform, GitLab CI/CD)
Experience with incident response and root cause analysis
Interest in automation and process improvement
