Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Data Delivery Lead to play a critical, hands-on leadership role within the Enterprise Data Office (EDO). This role will own technical delivery execution across enterprise data initiatives, ensuring scalable, secure, compliant, and high-quality data solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Azure-based cloud data engineering, enterprise data modeling, healthcare payer data domains, and AI-assisted SDLC practices. This role requires a strong technical leader who can independently drive execution, perform hands-on development and architecture oversight, and govern AI-assisted and agentic development workflows while maintaining architectural integrity and delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Hands-On Delivery
Serve as the technical owner and execution lead for enterprise data initiatives within the EDO.
Conduct deep hands-on code and design reviews across:
Data pipelines
Data models
Cloud services
Human-written and AI-generated code
Ensure solutions adhere to enterprise standards for:
Code quality and maintainability
Data model accuracy and usability
Performance, scalability, and cost optimization
Security, compliance, and auditability
Provide hands-on support when necessary to:
Debug complex data pipelines and platform issues
Refactor transformations and data models
Lead architectural modernization initiatives
