Summary

Epic Patient Access Applications Analyst

The Epic Patient Access Applications Analyst is responsible for the design, configuration, optimization, and support of Epic Grand Central/Prelude and Cadence modules. This role ensures efficient patient access workflows, including scheduling, registration, and patient movement, while enhancing overall patient experience.

The analyst provides L2/L3 support, troubleshoots system issues, and leads workflow improvements across multiple clients in an AMS or consulting environment. Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), the role also advises on best practices, system enhancements, and Epic product capabilities.

Key Requirements:

5+ years of Epic experience (Grand Central/Prelude & Cadence)
Active Epic certifications required
Strong knowledge of patient access, scheduling, and registration workflows
Experience with HIM, EMPI, and Welcome is a plus
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills

Required Skills:

Epic, Healthcare, System Configuration, Workflows, Grand Central/Prelude, Epic Application Design, Build & Configuration, AMS Support & Maintenance (advanced L2/L3-level application support)
