AI Engineer (Vibe Coding / GenAI / Low-Code Platforms)

Onsite - Washington, DC (Onsite 4 days/week )

Rate $70/hr on C2C

We are looking for a highly experienced AI Engineer / Vibe Coding Expert with strong expertise in GenAI tools (Claude, Replit, Lovable AI) and enterprise-scale implementation.

This role focuses on building and governing Business-Led IT (BLIT) initiatives, enabling citizen developers while ensuring security, scalability, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Architect CI/CD pipelines to deploy AI-generated code (Replit, Lovable) into AWS Bedrock & Azure
Define governance models for Citizen Developer Programs (roles, risk tiers, approvals)
Deliver reference architectures, templates, and UI standards
Implement guardrails: IAM, logging, monitoring, compliance & auditability
Support low-code/no-code POCs and enterprise adoption
Facilitate intake, evaluation, and triage of business-driven IT requests
Collaborate across Business, EA, Security, and Platform teams
Lead Communities of Practice (CoP) and training initiatives
Align delivery with SAFe Agile practices (PI Planning, system demos)

Required Skills

10+ years in full stack development / engineering leadership
Strong experience with:
- GenAI tools (Claude, Replit, Lovable AI) must-have
- CI/CD & DevSecOps (Jenkins, GitHub/GitLab, Bitbucket)
- AWS (Bedrock preferred) & Azure
Experience designing or governing low-code/no-code platforms
Strong understanding of:
- Enterprise architecture & security governance
- Citizen developer frameworks & risk controls
- Agile / SAFe methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

Cloud Certification (AWS / Azure)
SAFe Agilist Certification (Mandatory)
Experience with Power BI / analytics platforms
Strong documentation & stakeholder communication skills
