Position – NICE CXone SDET engineer

Description:

• 7+ years of experience in Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET), Quality Engineering, or Test Automation roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with NICE CXone platform, including IVR, ACD, routing, and contact center workflows.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript will be added advantage
• Experience designing and developing scalable automation testing frameworks from scratch.
• Expertise in automation using tools such as Cyara, Hammer, or equivalent.
• Strong experience in API testing, validation, and automation using REST APIs and tools like Postman or Rest Assured.
• Experience executing functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with source control systems such as Git and modern branching strategies.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with participation in sprint planning, reviews, and backlog grooming.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills to identify and resolve defects efficiently.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and cloud-native application testing.
• Understanding of performance, load, and reliability testing concepts and tools.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
