Summary

Title: Business System Analyst - Salesforce, API/Microservices
Location: Plano TX (onsite)
 
Job Description -
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements for API integrations, microservices, and Salesforce enhancements.
  • Leverage deep knowledge of API design and microservices architecture to identify opportunities for system integration and optimization.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations, enabling the alignment of business processes with Salesforce solutions.
  • Analyze data from various sources, including Salesforce and other systems, to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive informed decision-making.
  • Identify inefficiencies in current processes and workflows, recommending and implementing improvements using APIs and microservices as appropriate.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of business and technical requirements, use cases, and system configurations.
  • Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring effective and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Participate in testing and validation of API integrations, microservices, and Salesforce configurations to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards.
  • Support change management initiatives, helping stakeholders adapt to new technologies, processes, and systems.
  • Assist in project management tasks, such as project planning, timeline tracking, and resource allocation, to ensure successful project execution.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to APIs, microservices, and Salesforce and provide innovative solutions to address problems.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices in API, microservices, and Salesforce, ensuring the organization benefits from the latest advancements.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ Years of experience in salesforce.
  • Bachelor''s degree in a related field (business, IT, or similar).
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on API, microservices, and Salesforce.
  • Strong understanding of API design, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
  • Salesforce certification(s) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Project management experience is advantageous.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality documentation.
