  • Primary: AI/agent engineering capability and skillset
  • 2+ years hands-on AI engineering experience
  • Strong evidence in Agentic AI, LLMs, prompting, and RAG
  • Production implementation evidence in Python, APIs, cloud, and security
  • At least one complete solution covering retrieval, tool execution, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring
  • Primary AI development experience and skillset of “2+ years” applies to the AI discipline broadly—not independently to every AI competency because Agentic AI development the way it exists currently is anyway last 2+ years. The rest should be "preferred" as in JD.
  • Solid data background in data engineering, management, ingestion, and delivery. These should be considered valuable differentiators
  • Broader background preference: Data platforms, BI, banking, and reporting
