Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in ServiceNow platform development, Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), Customer Service Management (CSM), and healthcare industry implementations. The ideal candidate will possess ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications and have hands-on experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise ServiceNow solutions in healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities

ServiceNow Development & Administration

Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.

Build and maintain workflows, Flow Designer solutions, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, and integrations.

Develop scoped applications and custom solutions following ServiceNow best practices.

Configure and manage Service Catalog items, Record Producers, Knowledge Management, and Employee Center.

Perform platform upgrades, patch testing, and instance maintenance activities.

HRSD Implementation & Support

Configure and enhance HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events, and HR Knowledge Management.

Develop HR workflows and automations to improve employee service delivery.

Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and implement scalable solutions.

CSM Implementation & Support

Design and implement Customer Service Management solutions.

Configure case management, customer portals, service entitlements, SLAs, and knowledge management.

Develop integrations with external systems to streamline customer service operations.

Enhance customer experience through automation and self-service capabilities.

Healthcare Solutions Development

Support healthcare-specific workflows and business processes.

Design solutions that align with healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements.

Develop integrations with healthcare applications, patient service platforms, and third-party systems.

Ensure data security, privacy, and governance standards are maintained.

Integration & Automation

Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and APIs.

Implement automation solutions using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub spokes.

Troubleshoot and optimize existing integrations and workflows.

Collaboration & Support

Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment activities.

Work closely with business analysts, architects, product owners, and stakeholders.

Provide production support and resolve platform-related issues.

Prepare technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

10+ years of ServiceNow development experience.

Active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

Active ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).

Hands-on experience with HRSD and CSM modules.

Experience developing custom ServiceNow applications and integrations.

Preferred Qualifications

ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Specialist Certification.

ServiceNow CSM Implementation Specialist Certification.

Healthcare industry experience (Hospitals, Healthcare Providers, Payers, HealthTech organizations).

Experience with Employee Center Pro and Customer Portals.

Exposure to ITSM, ITOM, or ITAM modules.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Nice-to-Have

Healthcare interoperability exposure (HL7, FHIR, EHR integrations).

Experience with healthcare compliance standards (HIPAA, HITECH).

ServiceNow AI, Virtual Agent, or GenAI capabilities.

Experience with Performance Analytics and Reporting.
