Job Title: Teamcenter Techno-Functional Lead

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Teamcenter Techno-Functional professional to lead PLM initiatives and support end-to-end delivery of Teamcenter solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead PLM initiatives involving Teamcenter implementation, migration, upgrades, enhancements, and rollouts.
• Manage project planning, schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and overall delivery governance.
• Work closely with Engineering, IT, Supply Chain, vendors, and implementation teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements, solution deliverables, and implementation plans.
• Partner with development and configuration teams to ensure solutions meet business and technical expectations.
• Support and manage PLM processes including BOM, Change Management, Document Management, and Product Data Management.
• Oversee testing, UAT, deployment, production rollout, and post-go-live support.
• Monitor project performance, delivery quality, timelines, resources, and key project metrics.
• Facilitate project governance meetings and provide regular status updates, dashboards, and executive-level reporting.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while managing changes and dependencies throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Support change management, user adoption, and process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Siemens Teamcenter / PLM.
• Strong Techno-Functional experience across Teamcenter implementations and enhancements.
• Experience with PLM processes and product lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of BOM, Change Management, Document Management, and Product Data Management.
• Experience with Teamcenter migration, upgrades, integrations, and deployments.
• Strong project coordination, stakeholder management, and delivery governance skills.
• Ability to work with both business users and technical/development teams.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
