Job Details

We're hiring an Assistant Superintendent to support field operations on commercial and industrial construction projects. This position plays a key role in coordinating daily activities, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring project schedules and quality expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Superintendent with day-to-day onsite supervision
  • Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, and equipment logistics
  • Monitor progress, quality, and safety on active job sites
  • Help maintain accurate project documentation and reports
  • Collaborate with project managers and field teams to meet deadlines

Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of onsite construction experience, preferably in industrial, commercial, or mechanical environments
  • Working knowledge of safety procedures, equipment, and field documentation
  • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with scheduling and project management tools
  • A problem-solver who takes initiative and enjoys hands-on field work
