Summary

Role: Mainframes Developer - Remote

Qualifications

Strong experience in Mainframe environments, including core mainframe tools, utilities, and debugging techniques.
Proficiency in Application Development and Software Development, including coding, testing, and maintenance of enterprise applications.
Hands-on experience with Batch Processing, job scheduling, monitoring, and performance tuning.
Well-developed Analytical Skills for troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and interpreting complex technical and business requirements.
Familiarity with SDLC methodologies (Agile or Waterfall) and version control tools.
Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate in distributed teams.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet contract deadlines in a remote setting.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in large-scale financial, healthcare, or enterprise systems on mainframes is a plus.
