Description
We are looking for a talented Graphic/Social Media/Video Designer to join our team in Newport Beach or Los Angeles, California. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in creating high-quality visual and video content that supports marketing initiatives and enhances our digital presence. The ideal candidate is creative, detail oriented, has strong design fundamentals, excellent problem-solving skills, and can collaborate effectively with various teams.
Responsibilities:
Design and produce visually compelling pitch decks, presentations, and client-facing materials to support business development.
Create graphics and visual assets tailored for social media campaigns, print ads, and firm announcements.
Edit and produce short-form videos for platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram, ensuring content is optimized for engagement.
Collaborate with attorneys and internal teams to translate complex ideas into clear and detail oriented visual materials.
Ensure all creative work adheres to brand standards and maintains a consistent visual identity.
Develop high-quality video content from interviews, events, and webinars to support marketing strategies.
Work closely with the marketing team to recommend and implement visual approaches that enhance digital campaigns.
Manage multiple design and video projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to optimize visual content for various platforms.
Provide creative input and solutions to improve the effectiveness of marketing materials.
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in graphic design, video editing, or multimedia production.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
Strong understanding of social media content formats and digital marketing visuals.
Proven ability to create clean, high-quality designs suitable for executive and client-facing audiences.
Experience working in a law firm, services firm, or corporate environment is highly preferred.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage projects independently.
Resourceful and proactive problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
Comfortable collaborating with senior team members and attorneys to deliver high-quality results.
