Required Skills:

7+ years of ServiceNow experience with HRSD specialization
Hands-on implementation experience with HR Case Management
Expertise in Employee Center (ESC) and HR Knowledge Management
Experience configuring Lifecycle Events and Employee Workflows
Strong knowledge of IntegrationHub and HR system integrations (Workday/SAP SuccessFactors)
Experience with JavaScript, Flow Designer, UI Builder, and Service Portal
ServiceNow CSA and CIS-HRSD Certifications
Strong client-facing communication and leadership skills
