Must-Have Requirements

5+ years of experience in End-User Computing (EUC), Infrastructure, or Migration projects.
Recent hands-on experience with Quest On Demand (required).
Strong experience leading large-scale Windows device/laptop migrations.
Hands-on experience with:
- Active Directory (AD) migrations
- Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Microsoft Intune
- Windows 10/11 migrations
- Exchange Online/Hybrid migrations
- Microsoft 365 administration
- Group Policy (GPO)
- User profile migration
Experience with:
- Domain consolidation
- Tenant migration
- Device enrollment and domain joining
- Migration planning and execution

Preferred Qualifications

Healthcare industry experience.
Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or domain consolidations.
Knowledge of:
- Microsoft Autopilot
- ADMT
- Quest On Demand Migration
Certifications:
- Quest On Demand
- Microsoft (Azure, Intune, Microsoft 365)
- PMP
- ITIL

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Windows laptop/device migrations.
Plan migration waves, deployment schedules, and cutover activities.
Coordinate:
- Device enrollment
- Domain joining
- User profile migration
- Post-migration validation
Support Active Directory migration activities.
Analyze and remediate Group Policy (GPO) impacts.
Coordinate with Infrastructure, Security, Networking, IAM, Service Desk, and Application teams.
Create migration runbooks, rollback plans, and SOPs.
Lead migration readiness sessions with business users.
Provide hypercare support after migration.
Track project risks, issues, and dependencies.
