Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise / Solution Architect to drive enterprise architecture, cloud modernization, and AI-driven digital transformation initiatives for JFS Office of Information Services (OIS).

The ideal candidate will collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and subject matter experts to develop technology strategies, establish architecture standards, evaluate emerging technologies, and deliver innovative enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business and IT strategic planning with senior leadership and business stakeholders.

  • Develop IT strategies, technology standards, architectural guidelines, and roadmaps.

  • Lead proof-of-concept initiatives involving emerging technologies.

  • Drive AI/ML, Generative AI, Conversational UI, Virtual Assistants, and RPA initiatives.

  • Provide enterprise architecture governance for cloud modernization projects.

  • Evaluate technologies, conduct market research, and recommend solutions.

  • Develop business capability models, customer journey maps, and enterprise architecture models.

  • Provide architecture guidance across business, application, information, and technology domains.

  • Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and program management stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:
5 7 years of IT experience, including at least 2 years in Enterprise Architecture and 2 years in Solution Architecture.
Experience leading AI implementations, including Generative AI, RPA, and Virtual Assistants.
Experience providing Enterprise Architecture governance for cloud modernization.
Solution architecture experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
Experience across multiple technologies and IT environments.
Strong strategic planning, analytical, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent extensive project experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
TOGAF Certification.
Experience with Avolution ABACUS Enterprise Architecture tools.
Master's degree.

Additional Skills:

  • Business capability modeling and customer journey mapping.

  • Technology roadmaps and enterprise architecture documentation.

  • Emerging technology evaluation and solution design.

  • Experience with tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint.
