Position 1 :- IBM FileNet Administrator

Job Description :-

The IBM FileNet Administrator will manage the installation, configuration, maintenance, and operational support of the IBM FileNet P8 platform, ensuring system stability, security, and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Administration

• Install, configure, and administer IBM FileNet P8 environments
• Perform patching, upgrades, and version management
• Manage development, test, and production environments

System Monitoring & Support

• Monitor system health, performance, and availability
• Troubleshoot FileNet‑related issues and coordinate resolutions
• Support case management and BPM runtime environments

Security & Compliance

• Configure:
  • Role‑based access control
  • User and group permissions
• Maintain audit logs and compliance configurations
• Ensure platform adherence to governance and regulatory standards

Integration & Environment Management

• Support integration with:
  • IBM BPM / IBM BAW
  • KwikWork BPF
  • WebSphere products
• Manage ACCE, vwTool, and related administration utilities

Operational Support

• Perform backup and recovery activities
• Support deployments and promote changes across environments
• Work closely with development teams for smooth releases

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

• Strong hands‑on experience with IBM FileNet P8 administration
• Experience with:
  • IBM Case Manager
  • IBM BPM / BAW runtime environments
  • WebSphere Application Server
• FileNet tools: ACCE, vwTool
• Knowledge of Linux/Windows server administration

Operational & Support Skills

• Experience in production support and incident management
• Strong troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis skills
• Ability to work in regulated and compliance‑driven environments

Position 2 :- IBM FileNet Developer

Role Overview

The Senior IBM FileNet Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing workflow‑driven content management and business process automation solutions using IBM FileNet P8, IBM BPM/BAW, and KwikWork Business Process Framework (BPF).

Key Responsibilities

Workflow Development & Configuration

• Design and develop workflows using IBM FileNet P8 and KwikWork BPF
• Configure:
  • Electronic forms
  • Workflow queues
  • Routing rules and decision logic
• Customize and optimize business workflows for performance and scalability

Business Process Automation

• Automate manual business processes such as:
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Proof of Delivery
  • Loan Processing
• Enable Straight‑Through Processing (STP) to reduce manual intervention

System & Application Integration

• Integrate KwikWork BPF with:
  • ERP systems
  • External business applications
• Support bi‑directional data exchange and automated document distribution

Document Lifecycle Management

• Develop solutions for content ingestion:
  • Paper
  • Digital formats
  • EDI
• Implement exception handling within a unified user interface

Governance & Compliance

• Develop role‑based security models
• Implement audit trails and approval workflows
• Ensure regulatory compliance through secure content and process design

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

• Strong experience in IBM FileNet P8 development
• Hands‑on experience with:
  • IBM BPM / IBM BAW Tools
    • Process Designer
    • Process Tracker
    • Process Administration
• IBM Case Manager experience
• Java development experience
• Familiarity with WebSphere Application Server / WebSphere Portal
• Experience with vwTool and ACCE

Functional & Analytical Skills

• Strong understanding of BPM concepts and workflow design
• Ability to analyze business processes and propose automation improvements
• Experience working in agile development environments
