Role 1: Techno-Functional CTO Lead Analyst (Technical-Leaning)
Primary Focus:
This role is a techno-functional position with heavier emphasis on technical development, configuration, and solution design, supporting the transition of acquired products and processes into enterprise Oracle Fusion environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Oracle Fusion Configure-to-Order (CTO) solution work — this is the most critical requirement.
- Support design and configuration for Oracle Fusion Order Management (OM) and Pricingmodules.
- Modify and enhance product configurations (“product in a can”) as offerings shift from commercial to industrial formulations.
- Partner with business teams to translate product changes into system rules, configurations, and technical updates.
- Support technical design, development activities, and integration touchpoints across applications.
- Provide end-to-end solution leadership during rollout, testing, and post‑acquisition integration.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for complex technical and functional decisions within Order Management and Pricing.
Must-Have Skills
- CTO (Configure-to-Order) – absolute requirement; most important skill.
- Oracle Fusion Order Management
- Oracle Fusion Pricing
- Strong techno-functional experience (configuration + development understanding)
Nice-to-Have
- Experience supporting industrial or manufacturing product configuration processes.
