The Role
This role is for a Deployment Manager working within a collaborative team focused on delivering technology integrations for financial services clients and external partners. The position centers on helping connect different systems so financial advisors can use multiple tools seamlessly. Responsibilities include working directly with clients and fintech partners to design integration use cases, plan implementation roadmaps, and oversee the full deployment process. This includes setting up and testing APIs and single sign-on (SSO), managing data transmissions, monitoring test environments, troubleshooting issues, and supporting clients through testing and launch. The role also emphasizes improving products and ensuring smooth adoption by aligning technical solutions with client needs.
The position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 5+ years of experience in product development, client management, software deployment, and testing, along with strong analytical and technical skills. Hands-on experience with APIs, SSO, and tools like Postman or Insomnia is essential. The role involves leading deployment efforts end-to-end, collaborating across internal teams and external stakeholders, and maintaining a strong focus on customer experience and continuous improvement. Financial services experience is preferred, along with the ability to communicate effectively, manage complex scenarios, and build strong client relationships.
