Summary

Job Title: Salesforce Tech Lead

Location Atlanta, GA

Required Qualifications

  • 10 to 15 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
  • Hands-on experience developing Salesforce 2ndgeneration unlocked packages, including package versioning, dependencies, and upgrade strategies.
  • Proficient with SFDX CLI driven development workflows, using sourcedriven development, scripting, and automation to support package-based delivery.
  • Deep experience with scratch org based development methodologies, including org shape management, iterative development, and validation in ephemeral environments.
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce lightning Flows
  • Experience working with Sales Cloud , Service Cloud , Financial Services Cloud , Experience Cloud and Field Service Lightning
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, user access, and governor limits
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD processes
  • Coding skill using Salesforce recommended IDE like VSCode.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with global teams and overlapping US time zones
  • Salesforce Certifications such as Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Administrator, JavaScript Developer I and atleast 3 Salesforce architect certifications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to DevOps tools like Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins
