• 84 months of experience working on complex projects with two (2) or more years in a leadership role as a Testing Analyst that includes preparing documentation, reviews, and approvals of test results from key stakeholders using industry standard methods. 

• 84 months of client focused quality assurance managing testing across multiple high-profile projects, with complex functional domains, within a matrix organization. 

• 60 months of experience developing test plans, test cases, tracking defects and developing automated tests, preferably in a software development environment. 

• 60 months of experience with tools such as Jira, Jira-related plug-ins or Application Lifecycle Management/Quality Center as the defect tracking and test planning tools. 

• 60 months of experience with configuring automated testing using tools such as Selenium or Katalon Studio or related tools. 

• 36 months of experience leading and managing functional test planning and test execution activities with a focus on Health and Human Service domain. 

• Bachelor’s Degree with coursework in Information Technology or related fields

Detailed Job Description: The Software Analyst will work under the guidance of Testing Lead for the Continuing Medicaid Eligibility Modernization Program to support the implementation of this high-profile Department of Health (DOH) initiatives in a fast-paced iterations. Within the SDLC, the Software Analyst will take an active role in the business and technical aspects of testing and validating the design and solution developed to meet business needs, creating test plans and test cases, identifying functional defects, performing regression testing, assisting with UAT, and creating other quality assurance documents for the project.
