Business Analyst

Overview:

• We are seeking a Product Analyst with strong Business Analysis, requirements gathering, process improvement, and solution delivery experience.
• This is a highly functional role focused on understanding business needs, analyzing complex business challenges, and translating those needs into practical, scalable solutions.
• The analyst will lead discovery and requirements efforts, assess business impacts, help define future-state processes, and collaborate across business, operations, technology, and compliance teams to ensure solutions meet organizational and customer needs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead business discovery and requirements gathering activities.
• Gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements.
• Understand business needs, processes, and challenges and translate them into actionable requirements and solutions.
• Analyze business processes and data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assess business impacts and help define future-state processes.
• Translate complex information into actionable insights and practical, scalable solutions.
• Collaborate across business, operations, technology, and compliance teams.
• Navigate ambiguity and complexity while managing competing priorities.
• Support testing and implementation activities.
• Contribute to solution delivery and continuous improvement.
• Communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• 6 9 years of experience.
• Strong Business Analysis skills.
• Experience understanding business needs and analyzing data and processes.
• Experience identifying opportunities for process improvement.
• Ability to translate complex information into actionable insights.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity and manage competing priorities.
• Ability to solve complex problems with limited direction while maintaining focus on desired outcomes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Coachable self-starter who takes initiative, seeks feedback, adapts quickly, and contributes to team success.
• Ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in financial services, equity compensation, or a related industry.
• Experience supporting testing and implementation of solutions.
• Experience working across business, operations, technology, and compliance teams.
• Experience with continuous improvement and solution delivery.
• Ability to work effectively in evolving and ambiguous environments.
• 100% onsite availability in Covington, KY from the start of the project.
