Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications, components, and automation solutions using platform development technologies.
- Develop and implement integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems using standard integration frameworks and APIs.
- Configure and optimize platform security, data access, deployment processes, and application performance following development best practices.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver scalable solutions, perform testing, and provide production support.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
5+ years of experience in Salesforce platform development, customization, application integration, and enterprise solution delivery.

Technical Skills
|
Application Development, Object-Oriented Programming, REST APIs, SQL, JavaScript, Version Control, CI/CD, Software Testing
|
|
Business / Domain Skills
|
Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), System Integration, Business Process Analysis, Agile Methodology, Stakeholder Collaboration, Problem Solving

Communication
|
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Documentation
|
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

|
Work Authorization
|
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing enterprise applications using modern development frameworks and cloud-based technologies.
- Knowledge of application security, automation, and software deployment best practices.
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
