The Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation HR Lead is responsible for the overall configuration, implementation, and optimization of the Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation module. This role requires a hands-on functional leader who will drive system design, configuration, testing, deployment, and release management while ensuring alignment with business requirements

Responsibilities:-

·         Partner with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, conduct Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), and perform fit/gap an

·         alysisLead solution design efforts, ensuring alignment with industry best practices for Oracle HCM Cloud Compen

·         sationProvide functional leadership and guidance to project teams throughout the implementation lif

·         ecycleCollaborate with functional, technical, development, and security teams to design end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud sol

·         utionsDocument detailed business requirements and create comprehensive functional design specific

·         ationsPerform and coordinate hands-on system configuration, testing, and deployment acti

·         g teams2+ years of experience managing project work and reporting to stake

·         holdersStrong understanding of federal and commercial HR business pr

·         ocessesHands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud configuration and impleme

·         ntationProven ability to document requirements and functional

·         designsExperience in project planning tools, including Microsoft
