Summary
We are seeking a motivated Data Analyst with 1–4 years of professional experience to analyze business data, identify trends and patterns, develop dashboards, and provide actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, Python, Power BI, or Tableau, along with a solid understanding of statistics, data visualization, reporting, and business analytics.

As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with business, product, finance, operations, and technology teams to collect, analyze, and interpret data.
You will transform raw data into meaningful reports, dashboards, KPIs, and insights that help stakeholders understand business performance and make informed decisions.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of professional experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience querying relational databases
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, PivotTables, Power Query, and data analysis
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis is preferred
- Strong understanding of data cleaning, transformation, and validation
- Knowledge of basic statistics and analytical techniques
- Experience developing dashboards, reports, and KPI metrics
- Ability to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and business opportunities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate data-driven findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Pandas, NumPy, and Jupyter Notebook
- Knowledge of DAX and Power BI data modeling
- Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Snowflake, or similar databases
- Familiarity with ETL processes and data pipelines
- Experience with A/B testing and hypothesis testing
- Knowledge of forecasting and statistical analysis
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Familiarity with Git and version control
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Knowledge of data quality, governance, and validation practices
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract business data
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
- Develop and maintain interactive Power BI and Tableau dashboards
- Create recurring reports and KPI dashboards for business stakeholders
- Translate business requirements into data analysis and reporting solutions
- Perform data validation and investigate data discrepancies
- Analyze business performance and provide actionable recommendations
- Automate recurring reports and analytical processes where possible
- Work with stakeholders to define business metrics and KPIs
- Collaborate with Data Engineers and other technical teams to improve data availability and quality
- Present analytical findings to business and technical stakeholders
- Maintain documentation for dashboards, reports, datasets, and analytical processes
- Support ad-hoc analysis and business intelligence requests
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and data-driven decision-making
Education
Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Information Technology, Economics, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Equivalent professional experience may be considered.
