Location: Multiple Locations (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced CRM Technical Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale CRM solutions. This role requires a strong technical leader who can define architecture, guide development teams, and collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and high-performing CRM systems.


Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and design end-to-end CRM solutions aligned with business objectives
  • Lead technical strategy, system integrations, and data architecture for CRM platforms
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Provide hands-on guidance to development teams and ensure best practices are followed
  • Design and implement integrations with third-party systems (APIs, middleware, microservices)
  • Ensure scalability, performance, security, and reliability of CRM applications
  • Review code, mentor developers, and enforce coding standards
  • Lead troubleshooting, optimization, and system enhancements
  • Drive CRM platform upgrades, migrations, and modernization initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • 12+ years of IT experience with strong focus on CRM architecture
  • Proven experience as a Technical Architect or Solution Architect in CRM platforms
  • Deep expertise in one or more CRM platforms such as:
    • Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, Lightning)
    • Microsoft Dynamics 365
    • Oracle CRM (or similar enterprise CRM systems)
  • Strong experience with system integration (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools)
  • Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
  • Solid understanding of data modeling, security, and performance tuning
  • Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems
  • Strong programming skills (Java, .NET, or JavaScript frameworks)
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • CRM certifications (Salesforce Architect, Dynamics 365, etc.)
  • Experience with enterprise integration tools (MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.)
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Experience working in hybrid or distributed team environments

Work Model

  • Hybrid role based in Multiple locations.
  • Required to work onsite 3 days per week
