Job Summary:

Position Title: Field Technician
Location: Philadelphia, PA 19153
Duration: Through December 31, 2026 (with possible extension)
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours; occasional after-hours support may be required
Pay Rate: As per contract

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Perform daily walkthroughs of facilities to ensure passenger-facing technology systems are operational.

• Respond to system alerts, service tickets, and operational issues.

• Troubleshoot and repair digital display hardware, controllers, and media players.

• Support installation and maintenance of smart technology systems including sensors and monitoring devices.

• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and hardware checks.

• Document equipment details such as device IDs, serial numbers, and asset locations.

• Report system degradation, connectivity issues, or environmental concerns.

• Assist with hardware installations, cabling, and device configuration.

To be considered for this position, you should have:

• 2–3 years of experience in IT field support or systems operations.

• Knowledge of IP networking, cabling standards, and troubleshooting tools.

• Experience working with digital signage systems or smart devices.

• Familiarity with HDMI/DisplayPort, CAT6, and PoE devices.

• Experience with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.

• Strong knowledge of PC hardware and device imaging.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced technical environment.
