We are looking for an experienced **ETL/EDW Lead** to drive a large-scale Sybase to PostgreSQL migration initiative on AWS Cloud.

**🔹 Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead end-to-end Sybase ASE/IQ to PostgreSQL migration.
- Design and implement ETL pipelines on AWS.
- Define ETL/EDW migration strategies and architecture.
- Perform data mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
- Optimize database performance, indexing, partitioning, and SQL queries.
- Drive migration testing, deployment, and production support.
- Lead ETL teams and coordinate with onshore/offshore stakeholders.

**🔹 Required Technical Skills:**
- Sybase ASE / IQ
- PostgreSQL
- AWS (RDS, EC2, S3, Glue, Lambda, DMS)
- ETL Tools (DataStage, SSIS, ADF)
- SQL / PL-SQL / Stored Procedures
- Database Migration & Modernization
- Data Modeling (Dimensional & OLTP)
- Data Validation & Reconciliation
- Performance Tuning & Query Optimization
- Agile / Scrum

**🔹 Must-Have Requirements:**
- 8+ years of ETL/EDW development and support experience.
- Hands-on experience with Sybase to PostgreSQL migration.
- Strong AWS cloud migration and modernization experience.
- Proven ETL leadership and stakeholder management skills.
