Job Title: Integration Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Integration Technical Analyst to support the design,
development, and maintenance of system integrations across enterprise applications. The ideal
candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and data teams to ensure
seamless data exchange, system interoperability, and efficient workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze business and technical requirements to support system integration initiatives
Design and document data flows, interface specifications, and integration architectures
Collaborate with development teams to implement integrations using APIs, ETL
processes, and middleware tools
Monitor and troubleshoot integration processes, ensuring data accuracy and system
reliability
Perform data mapping, transformation, and validation across multiple systems
Support testing activities including unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user
acceptance testing (UAT)
Work with stakeholders to identify process improvements and automation opportunities
Maintain documentation for integration processes, data flows, and system interfaces
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related
field
6+yrs of experience in data integration, systems analysis, or related roles
Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases
Understanding of APIs (REST/SOAP), JSON, XML
Experience with ETL tools and data transformation processes
Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and data pipelines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with integration tools such as MuleSoft, Informatica, Talend, N8N
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
Experience with scripting or programming languages
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience working with government sector clients (SLED experience preferred)
