Data Warehouse/Power BI Developer

The client is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to design, develop, and maintain advanced BI solutions supporting data-driven decision-making. The role requires strong expertise in Power BI, SQL Server, SSIS, dimensional modeling, and experience working with medical data while ensuring HIPAA compliance. This position operates fully onsite within a Microsoft-based data environment.

Key Responsibilities
Work extensively with medical data while ensuring HIPAA compliance
Design and implement Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize business metrics and trends
Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and views for efficient data retrieval and transformation
Build and maintain ETL processes using SSIS to integrate data into data warehouses
Apply dimensional modeling techniques to maintain scalable analytics data models
Gather requirements and deliver BI solutions aligned with business objectives
Maintain clean code bases and releases using Git and Azure DevOps Pipelines
Ensure data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance
