Manhattan Active Warehouse Management

Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) Consultant to provide functional and operational support throughout User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover, Go-Live, hypercare, and end-user enablement activities.

The successful candidate will have recent hands-on experience with Manhattan Active WM, a strong understanding of warehouse management processes, and the ability to collaborate directly with business stakeholders, warehouse personnel, and technical teams. This position requires a customer-focused consultant who can effectively translate business requirements into practical WMS solutions and support teams through implementation milestones.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute UAT activities, including development of test scenarios, test cases, test scripts, defect management, and issue follow-up.
Partner with business stakeholders and warehouse operations teams to validate complete end-to-end MAWM business processes and workflows.
Provide functional support during Go-Live and hypercare, including issue investigation, triage, resolution coordination, and production stabilization.
Participate in cutover planning and execution, ensuring warehouse sites are prepared for successful deployment and operational transition.
Assess Go-Live readiness and assist with activities required to transition sites from implementation to steady-state operations.
Conduct instructor-led and hands-on MAWM training sessions for end users, super users, warehouse personnel, and business stakeholders.
Create and maintain training presentations, quick-reference guides, process documentation, user instructions, and testing materials.
Facilitate system demonstrations, process reviews, and business workflow walkthroughs for client and operational teams.
Work closely with functional consultants, technical teams, integration teams, client stakeholders, and other project resources to investigate and resolve issues.
