Desktop Technician San Diego, CA Job Description:

We are looking for a Desktop Technician to provide onsite IT support, device setup, and end-user troubleshooting across Windows, Mac, and mobile platforms. The role involves Office 365 support, hardware/software troubleshooting, asset management, and new hire onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot Office 365, Windows, Mac, and mobile device issues
Image, deploy, and configure laptops/desktops (Windows & Apple)
Resolve hardware, software, and post-deployment issues
Handle LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi/VPN basic network troubleshooting
Manage service tickets (open, track, resolve, close)
Asset tagging, inventory management, and reporting
Support new hire onboarding and hardware assignments
Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs
Deliver high-quality customer service (including executive support)

Mandatory Skills

4+ years of Desktop/Help Desk support experience
Strong Office 365 troubleshooting experience
Hands-on with Windows 10 imaging and Mac support
Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, Ethernet, VPN)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work onsite and lift up to 50 lbs
Certifications like A+, MCP are a plus
