We are hiring a Hands-On GenAI Lead to lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions. This is a senior individual contributor role requiring deep technical expertise and hands-on experience building production-ready GenAI platforms.

Required Skills:

8+ years of Software Engineering / AI / ML experience
4+ years delivering production GenAI / LLM solutions
Expert in Python (Java/TypeScript is a plus)
Strong experience with OpenAI API, LangChain, Hugging Face
Hands-on with CrewAI, LangGraph, or other multi-agent orchestration frameworks
Experience building RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector databases, document chunking, and retrieval optimization
PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX
FastAPI, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform cloud platforms
Enterprise GenAI architecture and platform design

Preferred Skills:

AI governance and Responsible AI
Multi-agent AI systems in production
Enterprise AI platform/framework development
Experience in regulated or high-risk environments
