Senior Manager – Finance Transformation
Location: Irving TX(3 days onsite)

Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Finance Manager to partner with Finance and executive leadership in driving strategic initiatives that strengthen the company''s finance operations, governance, internal controls, and ERP capabilities in support of public company readiness.

This role will coordinate cross-functional programs across Finance, Accounting, IT, Internal Audit, and external partners to ensure the organization''s financial systems, business processes, and control environment are scalable and aligned with public company expectations.

The ideal candidate has experience supporting organizations through finance transformation or public company readiness initiatives, with strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Workday, financial reporting, and SOX compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional initiatives supporting Finance transformation and public company readiness.

• Partner with Finance, Accounting, IT, Internal Audit, Legal, and external advisors to coordinate readiness activities.

• Ensure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and related enterprise systems effectively support financial reporting, governance, and internal controls.

• Drive initiatives related to SOX compliance, process standardization, documentation, and audit readiness.

• Coordinate Finance ERP enhancements and business process improvements that support scalability and compliance.

• Manage program plans, risks, dependencies, executive reporting, and stakeholder communications.

• Support Finance leadership in establishing governance, operational discipline, and reporting processes expected of a public company.

• Collaborate across Workday, ERP, reporting, and enterprise systems to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Finance Management experience supporting Finance organizations.

• Experience with finance transformation or public company readiness initiatives.

• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Workday, financial reporting, and enterprise Finance operations.

• Experience with SOX compliance, internal controls, audit coordination, and governance.

• Ability to work closely with CFO leadership, Controllers, Accounting, Internal Audit, and executive stakeholders.

• Excellent Finance management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
