Practice Leader Infrastructure Expense Management (TEM, MMS, SaaS & Cloud IaaS)

Own the strategy, modernization, and revenue growth of an Infrastructure Expense Management portfolio spanning Telecom Expense Management (TEM), Managed Mobility Services (MMS), and SaaS/Cloud IaaS expense management. This leader will reposition legacy offerings toward cloud, FinOps, automation, and AIdriven optimization, while driving portfolio profitability, competitive differentiation, and enterprise sales expansion.

Work remote with travel to clients as needed- 

"Revenue driven leader to own the strategic repositioning, modernization, and growth of Infrastructure Expense Management portfolio, including Telecom Expense Management (TEM), Managed Mobility Services (MMS), and SaaS & Cloud IaaS expense management. This Practice Leader will evolve legacy offerings to align with cloud, FinOps, and digital cost optimization demands, leveraging automation and AI to drive revenue expansion, margin improvement, and competitive differentiation

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy, P&L, innovation roadmap, and modernization of the Infrastructure Expense Management portfolio.

  • Drive revenue growth by originating, coselling, and closing complex managed services deals.

  • Serve as the executive face of the portfolio, leading discovery, solution positioning, and Csuite presentations.

  • Own RFP strategy, pricing, and business case development aligned to margin and client objectives.

  • Translate market needs into scalable, differentiated offerings across TEM, MMS, SaaS, and Cloud IaaS.

  • Identify service gaps, operational risks, and market opportunities; implement enhancements to improve competitiveness.

  • Partner across product, delivery, and sales to ensure alignment and seamless client experience.

  • Oversee transition from sales to delivery with accountability for execution quality and client satisfaction.

  • Build and lead highperforming global teams with a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree required; MBA preferred.

  • 10+ years leadership in telecom, mobility, cloud expense management, or managed services.

  • 5+ years consulting and clientfacing delivery, including global/offshore team leadership.

  • Proven success selling/coselling enterprise managed services to senior executives.

  • 5+ years integrating TEM/FinOps platforms with ITSM, ERP, or SAM systems.

  • Deep expertise in telecom lifecycle management, Cloud IaaS, SaaS, and FinOps principles.

  • Strong background in RFP strategy, solution design, executive presentations, and business case development.

  • Executive presence with strong influence, negotiation, and credibilitybuilding skills.

  • Analytical and datadriven, with experience turning infrastructure/telecom data into strategic decisions.

  • ITIL certification required; FinOps certification preferred.

  • Experience with leading TEM, SAM, or FinOps platforms.
