Position Overview:

The Product Analyst serves as a strategic and technical liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams. This role is responsible for analyzing complex business/product problems and identifying opportunities to solve them through automated systems and innovative solutions.

Our Impact:

The Payments program is responsible for the build and maintenance of the Payment HUB and all supporting services. This platform enables the responsible processing of all funds and securities activity in accordance with regulatory and corporate guidelines across the firm. The Investments and Capital Markets division manages mortgage-related investment portfolios, securitization activities, and treasury functions.

Your Impact:
  • Lead initiatives to analyze and resolve complex business/product challenges.
  • Provide technical and strategic insights to align solutions with business/product vision.
  • Hands-on end user experience working with the Payment HUB, the application suite responsible for moving funds and securities in and out of Freddie Mac
  • Act as the primary interface between technology and a specific business product.
  • Identify user/customer needs and recommend alternative methods to meet those needs.
  • Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
  • Write clear, detailed user stories and acceptance criteria (leveraging test-driven development language).
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and delivery teams to ensure successful execution.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas.
  • Support roadmap creation, business architecture, and change management initiatives

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years related experience within Product Analysis
  • Bachelor's Degree plus relevant experience
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in tools like JIRA, SharePoint and Confluence.
  • Proficiency in database structures and basic sql, specifically experience in understanding data models. Experience in managing change to a data model preferred.
  • Experience in analysis and support of a service-contract-based architecture, direct experience with an API-based ecosystem connecting multiple applications preferred
  • Understanding and experience working in Agile Methodology
  • Writing user stories managing Sprint cycle in JIRA is a must.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and modern delivery practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently on self-initiated assignments.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $108,000 - $152,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
