Summary
Hiring: Network Services Engineer Location: Remote We are seeking an experienced Network Services Engineer to support enterprise network integration and migration initiatives in a large-scale Windows-based environment. This role will focus on maintaining secure, stable, and reliable LAN/WAN connectivity while supporting network migrations, monitoring, troubleshooting, and infrastructure maintenance. Key Responsibilities: Support network migration and re-IP initiatives across distributed environments
Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain enterprise LAN/WAN and telecommunications infrastructure
Diagnose and resolve network connectivity and performance issues escalated from Level 1 support
Install, configure, patch, and maintain network and telecom equipment
Ensure network availability, uptime, and infrastructure health
Collaborate with engineers and project teams on network upgrades, implementations, and migrations
Provide technical support and guidance to users and IT teams
Maintain network documentation and operational procedures Required Skills: 7+ years of LAN/WAN networking experience
Strong network troubleshooting and TCP/IP expertise
Experience with network hardware and telecommunications equipment
Network monitoring and performance management
Experience working in an ITIL environment
Hands-on support of enterprise network infrastructures
Experience with Cisco Meraki technologies AI Tool Experience: Proficiency with enterprise AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and other approved GenAI platforms
Ability to leverage AI for troubleshooting, documentation, analysis, automation, and operational efficiency Preferred Qualifications: Experience in healthcare or large enterprise environments
Exposure to network security best practices
Experience supporting network integration and migration projects
Ability to mentor users and junior IT staff
