Digital Designer

Description

We are looking for a Digital Designer to shape compelling ecommerce and digital marketing creative for a wholesale distribution organization. This Long-term Contract position will focus on strengthening online product presentation, building engaging brand storytelling, and delivering high-impact assets across ecommerce, paid media, and owned digital channels. The role partners with cross-functional teams to create strong visual experiences that support brand consistency, customer engagement, and conversion performance.

Responsibilities:
Drive the design and rollout of enhanced ecommerce content for priority products, creating more immersive and informative online shopping experiences.
Produce rich digital assets such as upgraded product imagery, motion graphics, video content, comparison visuals, and other storytelling elements that improve product discovery and decision-making.
Collaborate with designers responsible for foundational product assets and transform those materials into refined content tailored for ecommerce and digital campaigns.
Develop creative for paid and owned media channels, including retail media placements, search and display advertising, and other promotional formats.
Adjust and refine visual assets to meet the technical requirements, audience needs, and performance goals of different digital platforms.
Create visual content for brand websites, including homepage features, product detail enhancements, campaign pages, and seasonal updates.
Partner with brand, marketing, and creative leadership to ensure all digital work reflects established visual standards and supports broader business objectives.
Contribute digital design expertise by sharing channel best practices, emerging trends, and recommendations that improve creative effectiveness.
Manage multiple concurrent projects using approved workflow and review tools while supporting launch planning, campaign execution, and ongoing process improvements.

Requirements

3-5+ years of experience in digital design, ecommerce-focused creative, or digital marketing asset development.
A strong portfolio that demonstrates high-quality work across ecommerce content, digital advertising, and website design.
Hands-on expertise with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
Ability to translate brand direction into effective digital visuals that support engagement and sales performance.
Understanding of ecommerce environments, online merchandising principles, and key digital performance considerations.
Experience creating motion, video, or animated content is preferred.
Strong collaboration and organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities across multiple categories and initiatives.
Background in graphic design and website content creation within a fast-paced business setting.
