Location: Hybrid - Philadelphia, PA
Duration: 3 months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2 (C2C Not Permitted)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP EC Payroll Lead with strong US Payroll implementation experience for an immediate 2–3-month engagement. SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll preferred; SAP on-premises Payroll experience also considered. Remote role with partial travel to Pennsylvania for project milestones and December go-live.

Description:

  • Lead US Payroll implementation activities and provide hands-on functional expertise.
  • Drive payroll requirements gathering, solution design, and configuration.
  • Support payroll testing, parallel runs, reconciliation, and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with HR, Payroll, and SAP technical teams.
  • Support cutover, deployment readiness, and go-live activities.
  • Provide onsite project support in Pennsylvania as required.


Requirements:

  • Strong, proven experience with end-to-end US Payroll implementations
  • Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) experience preferred.
  • Strong SAP HCM on-premise Payroll implementation experience will also be considered.
  • Deep understanding of US Payroll processes, taxation, deductions, and compliance.
  • Experience with payroll configuration, schemas, PCRs, wage types, and payroll processing.
  • Proven experience with SIT, UAT, parallel payroll testing, reconciliation, and go-live.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
