Title: Network Infrastructure Project Manager

Location: Los Angeles, CA (5 days onsite in a week)

Experience - 10+ Years

Scope of services:

·       Manage the installation, construction and upgrade of low-voltage IT systems included but not limited to local area networks, wireless networks, VoIP systems, IP Public Address/Intercom and IP Video Camera systems in large campschool or government environments.

·       Create, review and monitor project schedules.

·       Review and approve statements of work (SOW), project designs and Bills of Material (BOM).

·       Manage and coordinate project resources.

·       Gather and analyze data to assist in the creation of project budgets.

·       Prepare and review time management plans and schedules and prepare recovery schedules to meet contract requirements.

·       Prepare project plans and reports regarding progress, issues and resolutions.

·       Prepares clear and concise reports.

·       Formulating and expressing ideas clearly and effectively in writing and orally.

·       Setting priorities and successfully completing tasks in a timely manner.

Related tasks:

·       Conduct site visits and meetings with customers and stakeholders

·       Read and interpret design documentation, plans and specifications.

·       Collect, analyze and interpret statistical and budgetary information.

·       Tracks and maintains project expenditures and job tickets.

·       Prepare critical path schedules.

·       Generate e-mails of status completions

·       Maintain effective relationships with District personnel and other organizations.

·       A California Driver''s license, use of a car.

·       Candidates must reside within 30 miles of Los Angeles
