Microsoft Fabric Platform Expert

Join our team as a Microsoft Fabric Platform Expert, where you''ll lead the architecture and governance of our enterprise analytics platform, ensuring it remains scalable and secure. This role offers the chance to foster a culture of decentralized analytics while mentoring Power BI developers.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain the comprehensive architecture of the Microsoft Fabric platform, focusing on logical design and workspace hierarchies.
• Oversee Fabric Capacities to enhance performance and cost-effectiveness through strategic capacity planning.
• Implement and manage security controls to ensure a balance between agility and compliance.
• Develop and enforce workspace strategies and technical guidelines for analytics solutions.
• Mentor Power BI citizen developers, offering guidance on data modeling and performance enhancement.
• Conduct workshops and create documentation to boost platform adoption and data literacy across the organization.

Skills

• Proven expertise in designing and managing Microsoft Fabric environments, including One Lake and Warehouses.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, with skills in complex DAX and performance optimization.
• Practical experience with Data Factory and Snowflake Mirroring configurations.
• Strong communication skills to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in establishing or managing a Data & Analytics Center of Excellence.
• Knowledge of large-scale governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience in supporting decentralized analytics in regulated environments.
