Summary

Role: Business Analyst, Enterprise Analytics Transformation
This is a remote position

Need candidates on our W2.

Role purpose:
The Business Analyst supports the enterprise analytics transformation from early discovery through platform adoption. The role focuses on clarifying business objectives, defining decision needs and success metrics, shaping requirements, and ensuring analytics solutions align to business outcomes.
This role serves as the primary interface between business stakeholders and the data and technical teams. Would prefer candidates who have worked as BA in any data migration projects.

Core responsibilities:

Early phases (mobilization, architecture, governance)

Elicit business objectives, decisions, and success metrics
Define and document business requirements and assumptions
Support prioritization of use cases and roadmap alignment
Participate in governance and intake processes
Validate that proposed architecture and standards support business outcomes

Build and migration phases

Refine requirements into detailed functional and reporting needs
Support source-to-target mapping from a business perspective
Validate that migrated data supports intended use cases
Support user acceptance testing and issue triage

Analytics and adoption phases

Define reporting and analytics requirements tied to business decisions
Validate dashboards, metrics, and insights against expectations
Support change management, training, and adoption
Help retire legacy reports and processes

Qualifications

5 plus years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in analytics or data-driven initiatives
Strong ability to translate business objectives and decisions into clear requirements and success metrics
Experience working with enterprise stakeholders across functions
Strong communication, facilitation, and documentation skills

Preferred qualifications

Experience in regulated or multi-stakeholder environments
Familiarity with enterprise analytics platforms and data concepts
Experience supporting large-scale data or analytics transformations
