Summary

Requirements

3 or more years of experience in business process improvement and operations analysis within state government environments.
Proficiency in integrated tax administration systems and GenTax configurations.
Experience with training and mentoring team members on utilizing complex tax data structures.
Experience in evaluating, troubleshooting, and recommending functional enhancements to core tax processing workflows.
Experience with managing project documentation and collaboration platforms such as SharePoint.
Experience in analyzing collection reports, tracking tax liabilities, and evaluating debt recovery metrics.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Analyze business operational needs for tax collections divisions to implement strategic process improvements.
Formulate system design enhancements and custom reporting solutions for integrated tax administration platforms.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex debt collections data issues in close coordination with technology teams.
Lead technical training and data-use coaching sessions for tax analysts and agency stakeholders.
Collaborate with cybersecurity, legal, and operational units to establish secure tax data processing workflows.
Manage localized information repositories, business checklists, and collaboration workflows inside SharePoint sites.
Evaluate collections metrics and aging accounts while monitoring tax lien expiration dates in central databases.
