Job Description
Full Stack Architect (Node.js, TypeScript, GraphQL and Cloud)
Work Location: Hoboken NJ (2 days hybrid)
Skill Cluster: NodeJS, Microservices.
Primary Skill: Kubernetes, Node JS, GraphQ
Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly experienced Viax Full Stack Architect with strong expertise in serverless architecture and modern cloud-native technologies.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable solutions, leading large teams, and driving end-to-end delivery in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement 100% serverless architectures using modern cloud technologies
- Build and manage self-sufficient, cross-functional teams with a focus on continuous delivery
- Architect and develop scalable backend systems using Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript
- Develop and integrate APIs and microservices for seamless system connectivity
- Create high-quality solution design documents and architecture blueprints
- Lead technical discussions with clients, stakeholders, and product/vendor teams
- Oversee and guide development teams across onsite-offshore models
- Ensure best practices in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments
Technical Skills Required:
- Strong expertise in Node.js (Node JS)Proficiency in TypeScript (TS) and JavaScript
- Experience with GraphQL and API design
- Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda (serverless / functional programming)
- Strong knowledge of AWS Cloud services
- Experience with Cloud Events (Event specifications) and workflows
- Familiarity with Viax platform
- Experience with Node Package Manager (NPM) installs/builds and YAML configurations
- Knowledge of Java (preferred)
- Experience with React Native (nice to have)
- Experience in CI/CD pipeline implementation and management
- Containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes
- Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
- Strong expertise in AWS deployment and cloud integration
- Experience with DynamoDB and other NoSQL databases
- Strong experience in API and microservices integration
- Ability to integrate with peripheral and external systems
Additional Requirements:
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP / SAP Hybris / other eCommerce platforms
- Strong expertise in cloud systems integration
- Proven experience in leading large technical teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery models
