**Key Qualifications & Requirements:**
- 0 4 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer support; open to motivated entry level candidates.
- Superior verbal and written communication abilities; comfortable with client interactions via phone and email.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; eagerness to master CRM tools.
- Passion for manufacturing and technical products; past exposure to production or engineering is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate s or Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a technical discipline is beneficial.
- Enthusiasm to engage with Product Engineering and Manufacturing teams, with training provided.
In this role, you will actively engage with approximately 200 accounts, uncovering opportunities and fostering long-term partnerships. You ll work closely with cross-functional teams to translate customer specifications into engineered solutions, playing a critical role from initial inquiry to final delivery.
