The Impact you will have in this role: Being a member of IT FinSight Delivery team, this role serves as a Business Analysis lead for DTCC's Enterprise Resiliency Dashboard (ERD) and PagerDuty platforms, driving the translation of incident management needs into scalable, automated, and insight-driven capabilities.You will play a critical role in shaping product direction, accelerating delivery, and enabling data-driven decision-making and operational excellence across incident management and resiliency functions.
Your Primary Responsibilities: - Translate business and stakeholder needs into well-defined user stories and backlog items aligned to ERD roadmap priorities
- Define clear acceptance criteria and ensure readiness for development (Definition of Ready)
- Drive backlog refinement sessions with Product Owner and engineering teams to ensure shared understanding
- Lead agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
- Partner with QA teams to define test scenarios and validate business functionality
- Support UAT cycles with business stakeholders and ensure requirements are met
- Collaborate with project team, product management, and stakeholders on assigned aspects of the project
- Participate in the estimation of resource needs and schedule of work through interactions with related stakeholders
- Understand and apply industry-specific best practices & standards

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
